Bailing Service

Baling service is one of the many services available at Hi-Tech. Our state of the art baling equipment is capable of baling 75+ tons per hour. Garbage (MSW), being the most common product to hit the tipping floor, is sorted for recyclable materials and then put through an industrial sized bale machine where it is compacted, ejected from the bale machine and strapped using steel ties. All bales are then rotated and stacked in rows and then loaded onto trailers for transportation.

Hi-Tech also offers baling service for other commodities such as plastics, Styrofoam and other fibers. With baling service available in two sizes from 2 separate baling machines, Hi-Tech can load most sizes of transportation containers. All types of materials can be baled together or separately such as mixed plastics or specific types of plastic, separated and baled by color, type, composition.

Materials can be dropped off or delivered to our facility for processing and then loaded back onto trucks, trailers and other types of vessels. Arrangements must be made in advance for custom loads and material types.

Recyclable plastic is compacted and baled for export.
